Adventure For those seeking wilderness, adrenaline and deep rejuvenation
#1 LOFOTEN, NORWAY Plunging fjords, icy seas & monumental mountains
There are 113,000 sq kilometers of land in the north of Norway. It’s vast. But with this trip, we’re narrowing the focus – while keeping every beat and rhythm of the drama. You’ll have the best guides, the best lodges, and the ultimate experiences. Here, in the faraway reaches of the north, you’ll find not only seclusion, but an overwhelming sense of calm. You’ll also stay at majestic Manshausen, one of the most breathtaking ‘hotels’ in the world.
#2 ICELAND Ancient landscapes, exhilarating adventures & world-class cuisine
An island of volcanic ash, bubbling lava, and gigantic glaciers. This is the home of the imperious Gullfoss Falls, the orange-black geysers of Myvatn and the glacier of immense Langjökull. As you’ll experience on this unparalleled adventure, many of its parks, mountain ranges and landscapes are untouched and unpopulated, making it a natural choice for those seeking deep seclusion, untamed wilderness and ancient adventure. This itinerary has them in spades.
#3 Argentina
Wild landscapes, traditional estancias & a solar eclipse
On December 14th 2020, Argentina Patagonia experienced one of the most spectacular natural events in the world – a total solar eclipse – and we had front-row seats. Our ambition here was to guide travellers to what experts call the “G eclipse point” – the perfect place from which to watch the eclipse – in the rugged, otherworldly landscapes of Piedra del Aguila – or the “Stone of the Eagle”. And we pulled it off perfectly.
Although the eclipse is over, our Blink camp service is far from it. On the isolated banks of the Collon Cura river, we’ll pitch you up with a luxurious dome tent conjured out of the air itself. Private chefs, traditional asado barbeques, horse-riding and stargazing. It’s a place to come together, to tell stories, and to dream.
Charming isles, rolling hills and ancient skies. Scotland is drama, history and myth. Where lochs and gothic castles are fringed by granite-dark mountains and cozy game cottages. And that’s exactly why, with this trip, we’re taking a leap beyond the cities of the south, journeying into the blustery, wild and rugged Hebrides and the tumbling Highlands beyond. Across these ten ethereal days and space-like nights, you’ll be immersed into the folklore, trails, history and wildlife of this faraway and beautiful corner of the world. From Skye to the shores of Loch Lomond.
